Over the last two decades, I have worked across large financial technology and consulting organizations, leading platform enablement, architecture, and modernization initiatives in highly regulated environments. My work has consistently focused on reducing complexity, standardization, building scalable practices, and enabling engineering and product teams to deliver predictable outcomes.

Currently, I independently lead a critical part of the global enablement and platform function, partnering with business, product, and engineering leadership to drive standardization, innovation, and delivery acceleration. Alongside platform and UI enablement, I am focused on AI-led engineering productivity, innovation incubation, and practice expansion, bridging technology strategy with measurable business impact.

Impact & practice leadership

  • Drove enterprise enablement and platform standardization initiatives across global delivery teams, improving reusability, consistency, and execution predictability.
  • Contributed to an ~15% improvement in delivery speed through simplification of frameworks, tooling, onboarding models, and delivery governance.
  • Played a key role in custom product development by scaling enablement capabilities into a reusable CoE hub and spoke model supporting multiple products and delivery units.
  • Enabled business expansion by positioning the enablement CoE as a reusable capability supporting new programs, modernization initiatives, and solution proposals.
  • Established and evolved UI and platform enablement practices, and currently extending the model toward AI-led engineering enablement.
  • Acted as a senior advisor to leadership on modernization strategy, innovation roadmaps, and long-term platform direction.
  • Owned  RFI, RFP, and estimation strategy for large transformation and modernization engagements through vendor management.
